3 cars in 2 years/ check engine light sunday I have purchased 3 cars from Open Road Staten Island in the last 2 years. The sales department is awesome! They found the problem, (my gas cap was not sealed properly) ordered the part and took care of it. Steve the service writer could not have been nicer or more professional. He explained everything to me and checked in with me frequently to let me know what was going on. More

The waiting area was so relaxing with a beautiful leather couch and fresh coffee for us while we waited for our car t o be fixed. Lydia explained that we needed an air filter and showed us how clogged it was and she was so helpful. Even the technician, Tony came out to explain when we would need to come back in the future for additional service. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. More

Had to replace my driver side mirror on my Jetta. Went to the dealership and spoke with Ben who was extremely helpful.
