Service from xxxx I bought my car here. I needed my car repaired they took my $135 to look and find the problem. Then I get a call thinking they found the problem and I bought my car here. I needed my car repaired they took my $135 to look and find the problem. Then I get a call thinking they found the problem and how much to fix it but NO Instead he tells me he needs $500 more to look. I ask why? He tells me he just does, so I say NO that is wrong. I had to take my car somewhere else already down $135 from these Thieves. More

Not Trustworthy and Not convenient The Finance guy was a True Weasel & yes man. Told you what you wanted to hear then completely disregarded what was agreed. I was buying a used Jett The Finance guy was a True Weasel & yes man. Told you what you wanted to hear then completely disregarded what was agreed. I was buying a used Jetta and it had a vracked windshield. I simply said I do not want this repaired I want it replaced. If that can't happen I do not want the car. I was told don't worry. Well that replacement never happened. Liars! Now my Passat is in for service and they can't get a sensor to replace the faulty 1. Very inconvenient to take a car in 2x and loose a 1/2 days pay for a part that should be in stock! To top it off the tire and Rim Insurance we have they have no desire to honor! More

I was immediately given prompt attention from Lydia who was courteous and made me feel like an appreciated customer. She reminded me I was due an oil change and she also saw that my car was due for inspection. She told me when the car would be ready and indeed was spot on as it was ready when I came back from a walk.I,ve dealt with V.W. service before and with Lydia and have always had a good experience. Lydia is top notch ,Service is excellent and both certainly have made an influence on my decision to lease another Passat when the present lease expires. More
