Do not bother dealing with the sales manager, as he's more concerned with commission than matching a driver with the right car at the right price. I highly highly recommend asking for her as she is focused on solutions, not obstacles. Not only that but she stuck to kindness and professionalism after the sale, helping anywhere she could and assisting the process along where she could not directly help. 6 stars for her and I will be going back to VW again and hoping to work with her in the future.
