Great customer service I had to bring my subaru in for regular service and I have to say that all of the people at your Subaru service location were extremely solicitous and I had to bring my subaru in for regular service and I have to say that all of the people at your Subaru service location were extremely solicitous and professional with handling my questions, and most especially the woman at the counter, Lorena. She was extremely attentive to my needs and rapidly took care of all of my concerns--with a smile. Service was great and not as costly as I expected. I will definitely be coming back. More

Flat Out Lied I arrived with my 2016 Avalon to have the 18 month service done with an appointment, Two & a half hours later a service guy who came into the waiting I arrived with my 2016 Avalon to have the 18 month service done with an appointment, Two & a half hours later a service guy who came into the waiting room to get something from a vending machine stated to me in a surprised tone " Why are you still here, your car has been done for some time ". This statement brought me out to the service area where I stood around for a half hour while they located my paperwork. When I got into the car I am realizing that nothing appeared to have been done so I asked the service manager what exactly was done.His reply was no oil change at this time [ which is a major reason I took the car in ] we topped off the fluids , rotated the tires and gave it a complimentary car wash. When I checked under the hood I was actually happy to see undisturbed dust on the engine showing that NOTHING HAD BEEN TOUCHED otherwise I have to worry. Why is my new car loosing Brake fluid, transmission fluid, ETC. that it needs to be topped off. So now I have to doublecheck everything . Rotate tires- NOT DONE a small mark on the left rear wheel is still on the left rear, What actually was done was to over inflate 3 tires to 39, 40 & 41 lbs. and slop on some kind of sidewall tire shine product. The "Complimentary" car wash - NOT DONE I had the car washed two days earlier and there is a telltale windshield clean spot when I hit the wipers to clear the overnight dust off. It simply does not take close to three hours to put air in the tires . The service manager, James Tripoli has gone way past simply dropping the ball. More
