So we decided to go back to see what this new ownership was all about . When we first arrived we were greeted by Mike Tramontna and my Father told him we wanted a MANAGER no exceptions! with no rejection to that the salesman Mike went and got my father a Manager. My father spoke with Josh the manager who helped us alot and did everything he could for us and we got handed over back to Mike to finish up the process. He was very easy to work and very funny he also answered all our question's as per Josh did as well . My Father a NAVY VET said he has never felt more comfortable being around a saleman before Mike also delivered the car to my Fathers home due to him not being able to wait in showroom cause of his condition. Thank you very much from Myself and My Father. More

I heard that a couple of stores were bought by a new company so I decided to give them a chance and all I have to say is what a wonderful experience. Everyone was extremely nice and I felt I got a great deal on my new Rav 4! Spiro and Anthony made me feel like I was part of their family and I felt they were completely honest with me throughout the entire process. I will definitely be back there when I'm ready again. Service for the maint free toyota oil change Dropped off the car @ 8-9 am for an oil change waited until 3PM to get it back . Big mistake never again so much for giving them the job. Will have to truck to Lees toyota where I bought the car at least they will complete the job 1-2 hours. Worst part is the guy looked like he wanted a tip LOL for what keeping the car all day to change oil. More
