Freddy let me shop, wasn't pushy, spent hours with me until I found MY car. When I did, Freddy helped me out with the paperwork. He was very patient through the whole process. Next day, I was back to finish up. I then met Greg Rossomande in the finance department who was great to deal with as well. I could not have had a better experience during a horrid time. I had decided that a Toyota Highlander would suit my needs so I simply Googled Toyota and randomly found ISLAND TOYOTA.......that was my lucky day! My experience with this dealership has been satisfactory beyond belief and I came away wishing that I had found this wonderful dealership for my previous leasings. The staff here are so friendly and accommodating and you feel that you matter more as a person than just a customer! I was very fortunate in having ALEX SOYBELMAN assigned as sales rep as this man could not have done more to facilitate my every need and query. ALEX is a true gentleman with a warm and caring personality and he explained in great detail every aspect of the new lease and the car. He ensured that we did not leave without knowing everything about our new vehicle and even went without lunch to complete the process.
