because of the pandemic searched for and bought the car by internet and phone. Bought it on a Wed. and had it delivered to me on Thurs. Service was great with everyone helpful. Better price than was quoted to me from a Jersey dealer. Got Email from person, I spoke to, after sale assuring me to contact him if any problems. Salesperson Donna was so knowledgeable patient and thorough. If we asked her question she did not know she would research the answer. Thus is the first salesperson that we worked with who knew about t thorough. If we asked her question she did not know she would research the answer. Thus is the first salesperson that we worked with who knew about the cars she was selling. My husband and I never felt pressured to get one car over the other. She listened to our needs and concerns and worked with us. It was great that Subaru made the transition to our new car so easy yes taking care of the registration insurance and license plates for us. And when we went to pick up the car It was Donna who patiently went over all the dashboard technology and helped us get it working. The other staff at Subaru were also great. Everyone was respectful of the new age we live in with masking wearing and sanitizers. More
