I got exactly what i asked for, nothing more nothing else, no pressure for stuff i felt i did not needed. Sal Mazella was helping me and and made the entire process as easy as possible. He took the test drive with me, and made sure he focused all of his attention on me and my questions (in which there were plenty) and I never felt as if I was bothering him. I leased the car on the spot with him that day, despite not having intentions on it at first. I boast about how fantastic Sam was to anyone who asks me, and I'm hoping I can bring more people to see how fantastic he is! More

Our salesman was new at this dealership but was very good and answered every question, but was also smart enough to admit when we asked a question that he wasn't sure of the answer. There was no pressure, which I found a very pleasant surprise. The only negative in the whole thing was the wait time for a test drive, (the lot in back is VERY small and combines both dealer cars and parking), and initially getting a salesman, (it appeared that there were many more interested customers than salespeople to accommodate them). However, all in all, we were very happy with the experience. More
