The small details I bring my Outback in to have all 4 breaks done. While I was driving home the steering wheel starts shaking once I go over 40 mph. I tell them I'll bring it back the following weekend because I didn't want to pay the 15$ toll again. The following morning I'm driving and I hear a grinding. I call Island Subaru and the service guy actually hears the grinding through the phone. He said bring it right in. No problem. Before I leave my apartment, I look at the front wheel. It looked weird. I check the lug bolts, they were all a 1/2 on. Had I got on that bridge, that wheel would have come off. How do you let a car out of your garage without double checking the lug bolts. Careless from the word go. I would NEVER bring my car to this shop again. More

I'm especially grateful to his diligence in assuring every detail was addressed, from DMV and INS as well as coordinating our appts and the logistics. He kept me informed every step of the way. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership and my family and I will definitely patronage Island going forward.
