Totally worth it. Subaru has a great reputation for their cars but to my wife and I, Island Subaru has a greater reputation. Painless car buying experience Buying my first brand new car, naturally I was extremely nervous to show up to the dealership after seeing my new 2018 WRX listed online. I walked in not knowing what to expect or how to go about my first car buying experience. The staff at Island Subaru made this very comforting and easy for me. They did not pressure me and we’re not pushy salesman. They understood that I wanted to take my time with my decision. I spent a lot of time at the dealership on 3 different days working with John. He made me feel very comfortable along the way. On top of getting a great price, I got great customer service every step of the way. I noticed a small scratch on the bumper of the vehicle and the guys had it taken care of within 24 hours bedore I made my decision to purchase the vehicle. They worked around my schedule and did everything they could to make my buying experience as painless and easy as possible. Great job to the staff here, would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Subaru. More

EXCELLENCE! Walked into Island Subaru after a long day of car shopping at other dealerships. We were greeted by Ramon, smiling & happy to help us, he was a breath Walked into Island Subaru after a long day of car shopping at other dealerships. We were greeted by Ramon, smiling & happy to help us, he was a breath of fresh air! (& remember it was the end of the day for us as well as for him). Ramon sat with us in the Outback for quite a while & casually spoke about all the amazing features, no pressure, no annoyance, just talked to us as if we were at a social event. The entire staff was super friendly, not aggressive or pushy at all. We also had the pleasure of meeting the general manager, Greg, the sales manager, John & Candice in finance. ALL SO FRIENDLY & professional. Even the other sales people on the floor came over to ask if we wanted water or coffee & pizza! Candice explained everything in detail & was so patient with us as we asked her a lot of questions, sometimes the same ones over again. It was a pleasure doing business with them. We are so happy to be first time Subaru owners & love our Outback! More

Easy and helpful. I did most of my research on line, before emailing Island Subaru. Each person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and professional. John Hart picked up my inquiry, and walked me through each step, clearly and accurately. I was uncomfortable test driving the Crosstrek I was interested in, so he drove while I was the passenger. It was great, and John was knowledgable, and a great driver! Their finance person (Greg) was helpful and worked with me. Candice filed all the paperwork, and helped me with getting new plates and registering my new car, so I wouldn't have to take a day off from work and deal with the DMV - amazing. She was knowledgable and organized. I can't say enough about the dealership, and the support I got. I highly recommend the dealership, and John was the nicest car salesperson I've ever had dealings with. I'm sending all of my friends and family to Island Subaru! More
