Test Drive Event - waste of my time! This evening I was scheduled to test drive the new Ascent being released next month. I went into my local show room last week after work, out down my This evening I was scheduled to test drive the new Ascent being released next month. I went into my local show room last week after work, out down my name, phone number and a time I would be coming to the event. I showed up this evening after a long day at work, to be told that the event was cancelled and that calls went out to the list of customers scheduled for today. Apparently just not to ME! I was then told that they rescheduled it for 2 days in June. The reason for the cancellation is because the dealer who was supposed to bring the test model car here didn't have it ready. REALLY? I'm not looking to purchase a $10 item here! I told them I'd never be back and this left a very bad taste in my mouth, and that 'd rather buy a car out of state than deal with them! I have never felt so undervalued and dismissed as a serious car buy ever! No car is worth being treated like crap for, but that is what you get from Staten Island dealerships. Do not give dealers like this business. More

We visited Island Subaru after we received a pro We have been on the market for a Crosstrek limited for a while and have visited several dealerships. We visited Island Subaru after we received a promotional email from them over memorial day. Emily, a sales person (who is also a mechanic, something we value) took us for a test drive and answered all our technical questions with great knowledge. We negotiated the final price (lease) with Emily and Dennis, her manager. They were patient and professional, understood our concerns and constraints and we settled on a very good deal for us where they went beyond an offer we had been given late 2017. They staid way overtime so that we would be able to drive back home with the car (10:30pm!) walking us through insurance and financing. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful, respectful of the client. Highly recommended. More

Great Cars Every thing went smoothly. However the final signing of the papers took a long time to happen. So Donna and I were able to talk and she is lovely. Every thing went smoothly. However the final signing of the papers took a long time to happen. So Donna and I were able to talk and she is lovely. However the temperature of the dealership became colder and colder and I was freezing. Finally I went into the finance room where it was a bit warmer. I don't know why I was there for 2 hours. I had the check for the exact amount and could have been out of there in a half hour. More
