Great Experience and Great Service I went to Island Subaru in Staten Island NY to avoid paying over $1000 more at Brooklyn’s Bay Ridge Subaru and avoid the $495 document fee at Hudson S I went to Island Subaru in Staten Island NY to avoid paying over $1000 more at Brooklyn’s Bay Ridge Subaru and avoid the $495 document fee at Hudson Subaru in NJ. Before coming in I worked out the details of the Impreza 5-Door Sport Catherine Buzzetta. She worked with me to match the excellent price I received from Hudson Subaru, but without the inflated NJ document fee. Once they confirmed the price, I came in to buy the car. At Island Subaru I was helped by Dennis (sales manager) and Ramon (salesperson). Ramon was great to work with, very pleasant and eager to make the purchasing process as smooth as possible. That said, I left owning the exact car I wanted, without any of the difficulties I have experienced with other dealers in the past. I highly recommend Island Subaru. More

Donna was great. My experience with Donna was wonderful. She was very nice and professional. However we did not appreciate having to wait for our bill of sale. We were paying in cash and we sat for 2 1/2 hours waiting for finance in order to sign 5 pieces of paper. Our appointment was for 7 pm and people who walk in after us saw the finance person before us. It was ridiculous to wait that length of time for something that took less that 10 minutes. More
