With every visit, she took her time, answered all of our questions and let us know we could get in touch with her anytime. When we picked up the vehicle, she walked us through every detail so that we had a good understanding of how everything worked.. During our first visit, we were also introduced to Greg Kemp, who then invited us to a New Owners's Event, which we attended and which was instrumental in helping us make the decision to buy. Harrassment Received multiple calls from this dealership because someone accidentally entered my phone number. I think it's a joke that they blame "their website for not communicating with multiple dealerships" (2 others have called as well). Writing this review because island Subaru continues to call even after I've requested they stop. Really poor practice. More

Avoid Island Subaru like the plague . If you want a lackluster experience, terrible customer service, and to spend two full days trying to purchase a car then this is the dealership . Honestly stay away from Island Subaru, there are plenty of other dealerships around who will treat you better, and if you do make a purchase here steer clear of their CPO certification its a SCAM. The will sign off a checklist of parts fixed and services preformed on their vehicles, but when questioned about the repairs that they did not actually preform they will ignore you and hope you go away. More
