Great Experience Bought a Subaru Crosstrek and sales person, Donna Nocerino, and the manager, Greg Kemp, were fantastic. From the moment we entered the dealership, we Bought a Subaru Crosstrek and sales person, Donna Nocerino, and the manager, Greg Kemp, were fantastic. From the moment we entered the dealership, we were made to feel like family. Donna is friendly, professional, patient and honest. With every visit, she took her time, answered all of our questions and let us know we could get in touch with her anytime. When we picked up the vehicle, she walked us through every detail so that we had a good understanding of how everything worked.. During our first visit, we were also introduced to Greg Kemp, who then invited us to a New Owners's Event, which we attended and which was instrumental in helping us make the decision to buy. We very highly recommend Island Subaru. More

Harrassment Received multiple calls from this dealership because someone accidentally entered my phone number. I've I formed them I am not this person and reques Received multiple calls from this dealership because someone accidentally entered my phone number. I've I formed them I am not this person and requested they do not call me but they persist. I think it's a joke that they blame "their website for not communicating with multiple dealerships" (2 others have called as well). Writing this review because island Subaru continues to call even after I've requested they stop. Really poor practice. More

Avoid Island Subaru like the plague . If you want a lackluster experience, terrible customer service, and to spend two full days trying to purchase a car then this is the dealership . If you want a lackluster experience, terrible customer service, and to spend two full days trying to purchase a car then this is the dealership for you. Honestly stay away from Island Subaru, there are plenty of other dealerships around who will treat you better, and if you do make a purchase here steer clear of their CPO certification its a SCAM. The will sign off a checklist of parts fixed and services preformed on their vehicles, but when questioned about the repairs that they did not actually preform they will ignore you and hope you go away. More

Horrible Negotiated price for Subaru Forester, found dent and some miles after signing the contract. They took almost 10 days to fix the dent. No paper work at the time of delivery saying the mechanic who fix the dent on vacation and he will give you the paper work when he will be back. When I insist for the paper saying, I return the loaner in good condition, they asked me to wait for hours. I told them I am going to call the Manager and it was done in 15 minutes. They more into sale not service. They insist me to purchase additional tire and rim coverage to avoid huge expenses, for even a little scratch. The price on the invoice was three times higher than the paper of coverage they explain. When asked to cancel the additional warranty. they reduce the price to half (still more that the paper they showed). No service to put the new mat in the car, I did it myself. Very friendly only when they want to sell and additional coverage. Still waiting for refund of $100 deposit they hold for loaner. Never Island Subaru again. More
