Salesperson Donna was so knowledgeable patient and thorough. If we asked her question she did not know she would research the answer. Thus is the first salesperson that we worked with who knew about t thorough. If we asked her question she did not know she would research the answer. Thus is the first salesperson that we worked with who knew about the cars she was selling. My husband and I never felt pressured to get one car over the other. She listened to our needs and concerns and worked with us. It was great that Subaru made the transition to our new car so easy yes taking care of the registration insurance and license plates for us. And when we went to pick up the car It was Donna who patiently went over all the dashboard technology and helped us get it working. The other staff at Subaru were also great. Everyone was respectful of the new age we live in with masking wearing and sanitizers. More

We stated that we would like to know our final payment before we sit there and the car gets delivered. He kept repeating that he won't know until later. We stated, how can that be. My credit is excellent and there should be no surprises. He goes ok, the price that is on this paper is the price you get, plus the APR. The incentive on that day was .9, He stated that I can't get the incentive because I negotiated a price. He then went and ran my credit and came back at 2.9, which make a 30$ difference monthly. We researched and online it said the highest it should go was 1.9. He didn't want to hear it. He said if we don't like it we can walk away. So, I got up and walked away. I don't need anyone speaking to me as if I am uneducated and as if they are the only dealership around. It is just sad that they waste people's time. More
