Unbeatable buying experience! When it comes to floor salesmen of a car dealership, I'm sure we've all had our share of bad experiences. Overall, I have been to twelve dealerships, When it comes to floor salesmen of a car dealership, I'm sure we've all had our share of bad experiences. Overall, I have been to twelve dealerships, and aside from Rea Ford in Monticello, (which was exceptional) all the others do nothing more than attempt to extract whatever they can from you. These guys however, are different. . . Within an hour we had the car picked out and went home! No one breathed down our neck or followed us around the lot! We were permitted to stroll about the premises at our own leisure, where we thoughtfully pondered the estate of our own situation. In other words, we were not rushed. When you're rushed, you make bad decisions! We then went back inside where we decided on the vehicle, (a fuel efficient 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage) chose the color, and returned a few days later. The paperwork took less than twenty minutes and went home! The whole experience was almost surreal, in the way that car dealers operate! The Salesman "Xavier" was absolutely wonderful! Jose "The General Manager" was equally as professional, and Lamar Turman "The Finance and Insurance Manager" went above and beyond his services to ensure a smooth transaction in an area which pertained to all the financial material that would have the common buyer truly flummoxed! Great Experience I started driving 5 years ago and had been using old hand-me-down cars from my family's past. Today I went in to lease my own first car and what a pleasant experience it was. In the back of my mind from the get-go there were nerves based on how other dealerships had treated my family--I was wary about the typical conniving you hear about and see from car salesmen all the time. This simply didn't happen here. Freddy helped with every question I had through the process, and even provided some comic relief while we were waiting for everything to finalize. It was clear to see his sincerity and love for his job. Going over the financial piece at the end was almost even "fun" because of how down to earth and friendly Lamar was. I'd definitely recommend Island Mitsubishi! More

The price we saw for our 2016 Dodge Charger was $15990 last week but when we purchased on 2-11-2017 it was showing at $ 16990 not a problem Fred Bosco are salesman honored that no questions asked during our drive to get there. Lamar Truman the manager incredible took the time to get us at 5 percent financing rate. They both stayed late after hours to make sure we were taken care of. This is what car selling should be. The service was outstanding and I and my husband highly recommend this dealership to everyone. This will be the only dealership that I and my family ... We have 3 sons will deal with. Terrible customer service Stay away from this place. I got a car back Sept 2016 with a small dent on the side. I was promised they would have it fixed. Everytime we try to, it is impossible to get a confirmed appointment. Jose is impossible to reach and if you ever get to talk to him, he'll say he will call back to confirm but he never does. My salesman Maximo doesnt even care anymore. We don't have time to play games. Stay away, better go to other Mitsubishi dealers More
