Wasn't planning to buy a car that day - but ...... We were making the rounds of the various dealerships and our next stop was Kia. We had fully intended to "just look". After about 15 minutes of look We were making the rounds of the various dealerships and our next stop was Kia. We had fully intended to "just look". After about 15 minutes of looking in the showroom, we were approached by Krystal. She knew absolutely everything about the cars in and out of the showroom. She didn't jump into the finance aspect until she made sure she knew exactly what we wanted, we had taken a test drive, and were sure about what we could live or live without. She didn't try to talk us into something they were trying to get rid of. She took care of absolutely everything including our last payment on that nightmare Ford Fusion we had, the insurance, the registration, etc. She has an amazing personality and I only hope in 3 years when our lease is up, she is still there so we can deal exclusively with her. More
