My concern is I have a car with a defective headlight assembly that has a constant condensation problem that has never gone away What can resolve this issue would be a replacement of the defective headlight assembly considering the car is under warranty being it’s a 2023 This is part of a conversation with a consumer affairs agent from Hyundai (Please know that I agree with you 100%. I did reach out and ask them to just complete the repair for you. Unfortunately, as most people are unaware the dealerships are independently owned and operated so they don't allow me to intervene or authorize repairs. I did make the argument with them that this is occurring, and you have taken the necessary steps as we advised and still the concern is present). I should not have to waste my time debating if this is a problem or normal So if a replacement happens that will resolve my issue if not I am prepared to file complaints with the BBB auto line Let me know what your stance will be on this matter
