Love my Honda! My only issue is when I called this last time it was hard to get ahold of the service department both to make an appointment and to check the status My only issue is when I called this last time it was hard to get ahold of the service department both to make an appointment and to check the status of my car. It’s the first time that had actually happened so hopefully it was a one off situation. Usually it’s very smooth to get my car in and oil changed. I also very much appreciated that I scheduled to do a tire rotation and when I went to pick up my car they informed me that my tires were where they needed to be and no tire rotation was needed. It was nice to know that they were checking for my best interest and honest enough to tell me that even though they didn’t make money from not doing a service. Mahalo island Honda! More
