Fond code P0420 catalyst efficiency. 68110125AE: Co Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram: HORRIBLE SERVICE. I had a Major Emission Comp Warranty issue. Fond code P0420 catalyst efficiency. 68110125AE: Converter was installed. 68093232AA: gasket exhaust flance to CY - installed. 5149180AA: (2) oxygen sensors - installed. Since Monday Sep. 30 until Wednesday Oct.2, nothing was done. It's impossible to rich them by phone, complete ignorance. Finally get a phone conversation with Eddie who was taking care of my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014. He said: The Emission Warranty is not covering gasket and two oxygen sensors, only catalyst converter to install. So, I have to pay for it by myself: The labor: $487.50; Parts: $247.05; Sales tax: $65.19; Total: $799.74: It took 5 Days to complete the job. Plus $200.00 on top, I spent on Uber to get to work and back home. For total $1000.00 I could've fix that problem in any auto mechanic shop for 1day. Went to dealer at 7:45am and was not inside repair shop until 9:15am. The whole time waiting out in the street. The place has no supervision to move the shop along. Even after getting new managers. They need two lanes to speedup things. Drop offs of cars and waiting customers. Everyone just on same line. It was a gaint mess, no bosses came out to shop area to tell anyone what to do. More

Horrible service department is an understatement When I first went to this dealership I was blown away with the sales team and their customer service, special thanks to Sean Stevens in sales and mike When I first went to this dealership I was blown away with the sales team and their customer service, special thanks to Sean Stevens in sales and mike bobson in management...I fell in love with the dealership but after two years with my lease and about 7 recalls later I soon found out it was too good to be true, not the perfect dealership I thought It would be..The service department is a nightmare horrible service is an understatement, every visit is a 4 to 5 hours minimum wait for an oil change or a diagnostic with an appointment, making an appointment doesn’t make a difference and if your not constantly reminding them that you are there they will completely forget about you. Again this is a good dealership in terms of the sales department but the service department is jeopardizing the dealership in terms of customers return/renewing their lease...they lost me as a customer I will not be renewing my lease!!!!!service department please get on board with the sales department/customer service you guys are horrible absolutely horrible!!!!!
