My brand new 2019 Car needed something repaired on a warranty. It was in there for a month and the price that needed to be fixed wasn’t even A major ordeal. On top of it being there so long I wasn’t eve warranty. It was in there for a month and the price that needed to be fixed wasn’t even A major ordeal. On top of it being there so long I wasn’t even offered a loaner and this was my daily vehicle so I had to rent a car from enterprise. For whatever reason the car was stored in the basement while waiting to be fixed. When I finally was called to pick up my csr it comes out of the garage extremely filthy inside and out. Footmarks all over the interior of the vehicle along the side of the rug and all and all rub marks and hand marks on the whole side of the car they were working on. Didn’t even have the decency to put a protective work cover so the paint doesnt get ruined or scratched. The worst part is I noticed a rust stain on the paint and window which stained the paint on the car and rear window. As I’m trying to wash it off before I leave the dealership in case i have to make a complaint the worker comes out and asks me of anything is wrong. I showed him and he tells me it’s Bc it was stored under a leaky pipe and it will come off with a detail and a car wash. The least they could have done was clean and detail the car for me. It’s dodge dealership. A full detail to get the rust off or even a car wash costs nothing to all the money dodge makes. Gimme a brake. The vehicle is a Dodge Challenger hemi. It’s not a cheap car. I pay a lot of money for it and I keep it in pristine condition. For the dealership to treat it like just any old car was just disrespectful and just bad business. I will never take my car back to this dealership and I def won’t be taking my hellcat there since that’s a collectors type car and am truly scared due to the lack of care. Overall dealership gets a ZERO RATING from me! Almost makes me not wanna buy anymore dodge vehicles if this is the way I get treated. I’ve owned BMW AND MERCEDES AND GOT ROYAL TREATMENT compared to this here they treat you like crap. Maybe I should go back to BMW where you get treated like a king More

Sales and Service was great. I had a engine component failure. They made an appointment for me the next day and my car was fixed and finished in under 2 days.
