they do not have the manpower to repair my vehicle Brought my car to be serviced since front seat broke and also needed inspection done. Left them my new cell phone number they decided to call my father to pick up my vehicle don't know where they got his number from but he doesn't even own the vehicle. Then upon pick up the inspection didn't get done and they were suppose to program my car keys since the batteries died in both and the SERVICE MANAGER tells me he doesn't have the manpower to service my vehicle i don't know why they called my father to pick it up. The car keys seem like an important part to need i assume. Since the vehicle is under warranty they do not feel it is a priority to fix it. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from any of their dealerships. I i especially do not recommend servicing your vehicle with them unless you want to waste your time and still have to take your vehicle elsewhere. SO for the future that is what i will do take my business elsewhere. More

Major issues with pricing and service First they had my car for seven days. We were quoted $780 for the work. Then mid week, they find something else wrong and quoted an additional $560. When we said we couldn't afford that, the service guy tells us if we don't do the repair, it may lead to further issues. He also noted that they would work with us. Well on the seventh day, they finally finish working on the car, we go to pick it up and get told that we have to pay the bill in full or we won't get the car. So much for working with you. So a repair that was supposed to be $780 cost us $1452 because it wasn't an additional $560, but $672. I would never, never, never recommend this company to anyone not even my worst enemy. If I could rate below a poor for everything I would. More

Had a serious issue they took care of it immediately. I bought a 2014 wrangler had some issues with it from 2nd month, had been bringing it to Hudson jeep ( never bring your jeep there) it will 1.) Never I bought a 2014 wrangler had some issues with it from 2nd month, had been bringing it to Hudson jeep ( never bring your jeep there) it will 1.) Never be fixed or 2.) You will get an appointment in 2 months and it will still never be fixed any ways the guys at island jeep fixed the issue with my oil filter housing ( car was leaking oil all over) and they fixed it the same day. So far they are the best. More

This dealer service department, although nice enough to get you to have recalls fixed, I don't think are doing right by their customers. My husband brought his 2014 (so not old at all!) Jeep in to have recalls fixed and after talking with the service department walked away with an over 500 dollar bill for spark plugs, air filters, transmission fluid and rotation of tires. Now I am a woman who doesn't know much about cars but I do know that spark plugs and air filters do not cost that much! I also know that 2 hrs of work on a car to rotate tires and change fluids does not warrant a 500 dollar bill either. I am disappointed in this kind of wheel and deal service. I have never really written a review on any site but I felt compelled to save someone else a 500 dollar bill. Do your research before bringing your car to Island Jeep's service department, so you don't feel like you've been ripped off. I know dealerships have to make money but to me it's still wrong to hurt the consumer, especially loyal ones. What's more , I have leased 4 cars from Manfredi so I've been that loyal customer for the last 10 yrs... I just had my mother lease a jeep with Island ( Joe Smith was the salesman and he I would recommend even with all this)even being annoyed... He was honest at least) and am disappointed and don't know if I'd be back or recommend Island Jeep after this dealing with their service department tactics. Because if you have this type of service department , it leaves a sour taste in your mouth for the Island car dealerships in general. In this day of age when so many people take advantage of others....Do the right thing in business by your customers. Don't take advantage of lack of knowledge or being naive. You will go further in your business with integrity. More
