I dropped my car off for a fuel pump relay recall on a Wednesday. The service advisor told me they would call me to let me know the status of my car by the end of the day. No call! No response! I called and was transferred to my service advisor Devon, and he never picked up. I left three messages and no return call. I sent several texts with no response. Three days later and several calls and voicemails left I finally got a hold of Devon who claimed to have called me several times, but I had no missed calls on my phone. Anyway, I picked up my car that day (Friday) with no work performed on it because the parts were on order. I will never take my car there again, nor will I visit the dealership when looking to purchase due to their unacceptable service practices! More
