horrible horrible dealership, dont waste your time or money horrible service and i will not be bringing my vehicle back for anything here. i was quoted 4 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation done and 5 horrible service and i will not be bringing my vehicle back for anything here. i was quoted 4 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation done and 5 hours later no one had contacted me or responded to my texts for and update. when calling them for an update, the first time they didn't answer, they second time they put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up, and the third time i was immediately put on hold and someone finally picked up the phone after 5 minutes. regardless of how busy a service dept is, there is absolutely no reason to not even text or call with an update within those 5 hours. on top of all of that, the service advisor, manny, stated the technician was working on the vehicle at that time. i'm not sure why i even bothered making an appointment at 10am if they weren't going to start on it until 3pm. his only form of apology was "it's going to be done today regardless". if this isn't the worst customer service i've ever experienced i don't know what is. terrible dealership, i don't recommend to anyone. More
