I drove from VA to New York to get a 2016 BMW 650i Gran Coupe from Island Auto Mall. First off I want to say that all the employees are very engaging and really easy to work with. Even after the purchase I still had questions and they were able to help me with whatever I needed. The only issue I had with the car was the windshield was accidentally cracked but they got it fixed for me in 1 day out of there pocket no questions asked. I was walking around and was greeted by Herson (Sales Manager) who was an absolute goodhearted, respectful, knowledgeable gentleman! Give him a raise! I explained I was just looking but was all over the place as to which vehicle I was interested in, do I replace my Jeep with a newer higher trim level or switch to a Benz or BMW? So Herson got the keys to each vehicle and let me start them up to see what they’re all about, the technology, options, etc. I also mentioned that I was considering a leasing a new car too, Herson explained both the benefits and drawbacks of leasing and purchasing as I’ve never leased before. I’m in the car business myself but it’s good to hear a 2nd, 3rd or even 4th opinion. I was also informed of their 150 point inspection on every vehicle and their service department right in the back of the building! This place is great! If I decide to purchase something, Island Automall is the place I am purchasing from, no questions asked! With that said, please head over to Island Automall for your low mileage, off lease car!
