This is my 3rd time coming to this dealership and never gonna come back. Instead of coming to this dealership I rather choose to take subway 🚂 , bus 🚎 or taxi 🚖. They're the scam. Before i get to the dealership i called them earlier to make sure that specific vehicle 🚗 availability. Over the phone 📱 they told me that vehicle is still available and ready for the test drive. But the reality is they never got that vehicle. While i get there, they told me that car 🚗 has been sold. ( everytime ) And top of that their vin number does not match with TrueCar and their own inventory. I definitely not gonna recommend this dealership never ever to no one. Please guys go somewhere else to buy cars but don't come here. Please !! More

Impossible to buy a car Horrible customer service. My father and I have probably spoken to 4 or 5 different people, none of which have helped us. The supposed owner even emailed my father at one point offering to personally assist us, we sent a reply with our inquiries and never heard back. Every time I speak to someone on the phone they can't answer a single question and the conversation just stops on their end. The last time I had someone promise to get me in contact with a sales manager, this was on Monday of this week, it is now Friday and I still haven't heard from anyone. It feels like they don't care about a potential sale at all. You would think if you're in the business of selling cars you would do just that...try to sell them, not prevent people from buying them. I guess I’m the next victim of these con artists. Their business model is to lure people in with low prices and then add $3000-4000 on top of the advertised price for certification fees etc. Of course, non business model is to lure people in with low prices and then add $3000-4000 on top of the advertised price for certification fees etc. Of course, non of these additional fees are mentioned anywhere. It’s just a very dishonest way of doing business and unfortunately Island Auto Mall is everything you don’t want to deal with when buying a used car. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Oh, and don’t believe them when you call them and ask whether there are additional fees. They plainly lie to you as they did to me! More

Spoke to 3-4 different people there that claimed to work there but couldn’t/wouldn’t give me an “estimated” detailed price outline. They wouldn’t even have a salesman call me to go over questions and factors that would increase the vehicles listed price. The “employee’s” responses were absolutely absurd and something like “ we don’t talk numbers over the phone” and “ Fees are dependent on what car your interested in” and 10 + bogus other excuses made me realize they have unethical, sketchy practices. They seem to target a particular population as customers, ill-informed, naive, and vulnerable..no thank you!!! More

Worst customer scv ever experienced in a purchase attempt I have now tried for 3 days to purchase a used Mercedes from this dealer. I did get a call back, a car fax with a different dealer name on it and a 9k I have now tried for 3 days to purchase a used Mercedes from this dealer. I did get a call back, a car fax with a different dealer name on it and a 9k mile discrepancy. Told the car is Certified Pre Owned. Impossible they are not a Mercedes Dealer. Told the car has a 10yr 100k drivetrain warranty wrong turns out you have to buy it. After talking w Jannely who couldn’t answer all my questions I asked for the sales manager who was too busy to talk asked to return a call not hearing from them I called and left a message. No response I called and asked for the Finance manager to call. Nothing... price dropped $2k while trying to buy the vehicle. 9 phone calls, 6 emails 2 messages sent to the dealer via website. Last call was 11 am today it’s now 3pm nothing. Save the effort purchase from a reputable dealer who wants to sell an advertised car. I have no words I feel like I have been in an episode of the twilight zone. Skip over these guys. More
