I scheduled a 9:15 appointment with the service center for an oil change and was told that it would be over a 2 hour wait. I let the gentleman know that it didn’t work for me. He didn’t even offer to resc for an oil change and was told that it would be over a 2 hour wait. I let the gentleman know that it didn’t work for me. He didn’t even offer to reschedule it for me. In addition, the gentleman that was checking in his car next to me was told it would be about a 2 hour wait. We were having the same service done with the exception of him having an inspection. I am disappointed in the service I received. More
In 1994 I purchased my first Acura from Island Acura. Since then, every car but one, for both me and my wife, came from Island.
