Irwin dealership has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t care to gain your business. I’ve been looking for a truck for weeks. Had no problem with any other dealership. I had an appointment with Alexis to test drive a vehicle to which I drove 2 hours for. When I arrived, Alexis was not there, and I was assigned another sales consultant (Craig?) whose only concern was that to which I drove 2 hours for. When I arrived, Alexis was not there, and I was assigned another sales consultant (Craig?) whose only concern was that they were closing in 20 minutes. Then, they couldn't even locate the vehicle I came to test drive. It wasn't on this lot or a neighboring lot. They were non-communicative with me and non-apologetic. How do you not know where your inventory is?? I drove 4 hours round-trip FOR AN APPOINTMENT with someone WHO WASN'T EVEN THERE for a CAR THAT WASN'T EVEN THERE! Complete waste of time. Using my rav was easy. The salesman was polite and helpful. They remind you when you need an oil change and tire rotation. Howard Cullen was great to work with. We had a trade vehicle which usually makes deals difficult. Bought a Tacoma and added a lot of custom accessories to personalize it. I needed a new car and visited several dealerships trying to decide what to buy. I met Howard Cullen at Irwin and he answered all my questions, let me try 2 different vehicles, all with no pressure what ever to decide what to buy. It was a totally different experience from the other dealerships, I was very impressed and purchased a wonderful Toyota that perfectly fitted my needs. High turnover of the technicians and poor work. In short, they really can't service your vehicle appropriately. Went in for a simple sticker and failed for "inadequate tires". When I sent to another dealer to get them replaced, they talked me out of getting new tires, as the ones I had were perfectly good (as I thought). The service manager had nothing to say other than his technicians are not adequately trained (isn't that his job?). I agree. More
