I have purchased 3 cars from them, a Thunderbird, Taurus and a Priu for 30+years, gone out of their way to do business in a fair and friendly manner. I have purchased 3 cars from them, a Thunderbird, Taurus and a Prius, and have always had fast and curteous service. I recently brought my daughter in to purchase a new Prius. She had a trade in that was is an upside down equity position since it was a gas guzzler. The staff at Irwins worked for 4 hours to see that the numbers "worked" and that financing could be worked out in a time of little or no credit. I would rate them 5 out of 4 stars for excellence.
