In the early to mid nineties, I bought three vehicles from Irwin Toyota. During the intervening years, I bought ,via family connections, two vehicles from other dealedships. Somewhat disenchanted, in 2007 I traded my GMC Canyon for another Tacoma within a year or so of the GMC's purchase; something I'd never done before. I returned to "The IRWIN Zone" for this latter trade. In three score plus seventeen years experience, my greatest satisfaction with automotive sales and service has been through the Irwin Motors dealership and Toyota ownership ! More
The salesman (Glenn) was extremely knowledgeable about all the cars he sells, as well as about some of the competition. He answered all my questions well, and made a major effort to ensure I received all all the cars he sells, as well as about some of the competition. Service (Ron) knows cars and how they should be serviced more completely than even the owners manual. I've never seen a dealer staff so professional, and I've been buying cars for 48 years. More
Given my experience to date with the purchase and routine servicing of my 2008 toyota prius, i would highly recommend Irwin Motors. The people are knowledgeable, personable, and polite. The service consultants are freindly, knowledgeable, and are quick to help you. There is a courtesy shuttle available to help those lucky enough who work in the area. The waiting room is pleasant and clean. You are telephoned after you vehicle is ready. Payment is easy and fast. Manufacturer and/or dealer service specials coupons help ease payment. Quite frankly, it has all been a very positive experience. Without hesitation i recommend Irwin Motors. More

I find Irwin Motors to be a very customer focused business. They are always willing to accomodate you for service appointments. They are ready to service your vehicle when you arrive, and have a co business. They are always willing to accomodate you for service appointments. They are ready to service your vehicle when you arrive, and have a comfortable lounge for waiting. The entire Irwin staff is friendly and make you feel welcome. When the service is complete, they explain everything they have done. They even wash your vehicle, or give you a coupon for a car wash if the weather is bad. I rate Irwin A+. More

I have been a customer at Irwin's for about 10 years. My first dealing with Irwin was when I leased a Toyota camry. Four years later, I went to them to purchase a 2003 Toyato camry. I still own the 2003 Toyata and have had all my services (on both cars) through Irwin. I never have a problem with setting up an appointment and I am always greeted with a smile when I bring my car in for service. The mechanics are always ready to answer any questions that I may have. And I have never had to bring my car back after it has been serviced. It is always done right the first time. This gives me confidence and that is worth everything. I have recommended Irwins to my friends and would recommend them to any one else. More

I had my mind set on a fairly basic truck but as the salesman showed me the features learned that I could get a truck with many more options for only a small increase in the price. I stopped in to the showroom late morning and about 4 hours later I left with my new vehicle and felt as though I had gotten a fair deal, it seems that is hard to do these days but it was easy at Irwin. I live 79 miles from Irwin, yet I go there for all my services--including most of my oil changes--because I trust this dealership to do repairs that I don't have to second guess or worry about. Recently, while driving, two of my indicator lights came on. I called the dealer. They gave me two common reasons this occurs and told me how to check to ensure that I didn't waste a trip for nothing. When neither of those solutions worked, they squeezed my service into their schedule and got me right in. They also assured me that my car was not dangerous to drive and that driving would not harm the engine. Once there, they diagnosed the problem immediately (a faulty thermostat) and repaired it. The diagnosis, repair, and an oil change and inspection only took three hours. In addition, Irwin has a loyalty program that allows customers to accrue dollar credit for repair work. On my last visit, I was able to deduct the $52. credit I had accrued from the cost of the work. (This is infinitely better in the current economy than giving me a gas card or a box of donuts, or, as some dealers do, credit toward the purchase of another car. I also received a coupon for a free car wash right up the street. The waiting room at the dealership is large, with a lot of chairs, free coffee (although tea would be a nice addition), snacks in a vending machine, and a large television. There is also a large table, which if unoccupied, is good for those with laptops or paperwork to do. The only thing missing are a few small side tables to rest beverages, papers, and work in progress on. I have always been satisfied with this dealership and have never had to bring my car back to complain about a repair or the condition of the car when I got it back. More
