I have gone to Irwins for 26 years. I purchased three new cars there 5/9/83 Ford Fairmont Futura 4DR. Rust took over. 5/8/90 Toyota Camry DX Wagon (Had 150,000 miles on it. rust took over) 5/2000 Toyota C cars there 5/9/83 Ford Fairmont Futura 4DR. I trust the employees of Irwins (Service men, mechanics, bookkeeper) I feel at home at Irwins. Now how many people can say that about the places they do business with??? I also have a "recon" each year. That Dept of Irwins is very beneficial for your car as well as helpful to older people. In fact one of my sons gives me a gift card each year for this which I very much appreciate. The bodyshop has also given me wonderful service over the years when I've needed their assistance. More

Ray called and let me know wheel bearing would need to be replaced and gave me a loaner since part was not in inventory. When replacing bearing the ABS sensor was broke. Irwin was honest in taking responsability for breaking it and ordered part extending loaner car. This was truely refreshing from a dealership. I know that the ABS sensor is difficult to work around when messing with breaks and bearings. They were happy to apply web site coupons, AAA discount and not charge me for sensor. On top of that, the Irwin rewards program applied an additonal discount. Work was done right, honestly and right. I dont mind spending a little more for the peace of mind this brings. More

Laurie in the finance department was very helpful and answered any questions we had regarding the other products like an extended warranty. She is an asset. Not only do you get personal service in sales, they also have an outstanding service department. They must because we travel over 30 miles for an oil change. Our daughter and son-in-law have both purchased cars for Irwin, and they also have recommended their friends pay a visit. So all and all, only goods things happen at the Irwin Zone. They seem to go out of their way to make me a happy customer. The added perks of a free car wash and local gift certificates are an added bonus, your car is driven right to the door for you. There is even a friendly atmosphere in the waiting room, also recommendations are made as to what to expect on future service, for example tire wear etc. that was never mentioned at other dealerships. I feel they are honest and I always drive home feeling confident in the service I received now and in the future. I drive a significant amount of miles per day and having peace of mind on the road means a lot to me. More
