I have leased 2 Camry's and purchased a 2004 Toyota Solara from this dealership over the past 10 years or so. The Irwin service department is excellent and accommodating of schedules. There are no long waits with appointments available in a reasonable amount of time. They treat their customers properly, and no games played here. Service was equally good, and shop updates were applied without having to ask !!! My family has purchased 4 cars here in the last 4 years, all were fair deals, and we have had no problems with any of them. The service department has a courtesy van and does work as agreed. A minor warantee issue on my Camry was taken care of promptly and properly. I'll be back when I need cars or service. More

I purchased my 2008 Prius from the Irwin Zone and have had all my maintenance work done at the Irwin Zone. They respond to requests in a very timely manner, phone calls answered by a person, e-mails responded to. Their service waiting room and showroom make their facility first class. Over all I feel that The Irwin Zone is a first class operation. More

Not only is their service and price excellent, they seem to work continuously to keep it that way. I know how much work and attention to detail that takes to maintain their very high standards. More

On a whim I stopped by Irwin on my way back from a work related field trip to look over the RAV 4s. Rick John made his way over to where I was admiring the vehicles and asked if he could assist. I told him what I was looking for and what I had to offer as a trade in---a VW Jetta diesel that I really enjoyed but could no longer get serviced where I purchased it. He said he could have a couple of vehicles in a couple of days that would fill my request. I wanted a tow package, rain shields over the windows,and mud flaps as extras. On Saturday I arrived and as promised found two vehicles that met my specifications. Without even testing the 4 cylinder, I chose the 6. The wait time for the paperwork was long but nowhere near as long as other dealerships and I left with my new ride the same day. I am so very happy with the RAV. On service visits if I see Rick, he takes time for conversation as do the other service providers. I would highly recommend Irwin not only for fairness in trade but in their great customer service. I have had bad experiences with several other repair shops about not doing the work right the first time. I once spent about $700 dollars on a repair job that required serious dismantling of the engine shops about not doing the work right the first time. I once spent about $700 dollars on a repair job that required serious dismantling of the engine supposedly because of a camshaft problem. The truck still did not run correctly so I took to my reliable repair man, now deceased, who correctly diagnosed a sticking float. I have had other similiar problems, so when I find a shop that does repairs right the first time, I go back to them. I have a 92 Toyota truck that had brake failure. Took it to a local shop, spent $200 and when I drove it home (5 Miles), I had to replace the brake fluid. Next day I took it to Irwin, spent about $1500 to get it fixed. The brake line had corroded over the gas tank. In removing the tank to replace the line the tank was damaged so a new tank was required. Expensive repair, but necessary work was done not ignored as it was by the other shop. When I get in my vehicles and turn the key I expect them to start and get me safely to where I want to go. No buts, no ifs. With Irwin, I have never been disappointed. When my 02 Tacoma goes in for service if the mechanic notices something that needs replacing, he tells the service manager, the service manager and I have a conference and the repair gets done. More
The service at Irwin Motors is always great. It is easy to get an appointment when you want it. The staff is friendly and helpful.
