My wife and I have been doing business with Irwin Motors for many years and have always been pleased with the quality of their workmanship. We have never had a problem with their service department and they for many years and have always been pleased with the quality of their workmanship. We have never had a problem with their service department and they have always been very friendly and accomodating by driving us to the Laconia Hospital in the morning and picking us up after work. In 2002 we purchased a 2000 Avalon from Irwin and with the help of Irwin's service department it is still running like new at 120,000 miles. More

The gentleman who accepted my car for service was very helpful and took time to ask all the right questions. The two gentlemen who transported me to and from my home were very nice and polite. I have had many experiences with dealership service for past vehicles including Volvos, Dodge Trucks, and Jeep Wranglers. None of the dealership service experiences for those vehicles compares with the pr past vehicles including Volvos, Dodge Trucks, and Jeep Wranglers. None of the dealership service experiences for those vehicles compares with the professionalism, timeliness, and pricing of Irwin. As I have to drive over 50 minutes for service, the staff is always sensitive to the fact that I have to wait for the service and expedites the process as quickly as they can. During the service process, I am also always informed of unanticipated problems that may be found and I am asked if I would like to have them addressed. There are never any suprises. Irwin offers a great service experience, period. More
