I have been buying cars and trucks from Irwins for more than 25 years. Everyone over the years has has been very courteous. Sales and service representatives have been very helpful. even though we are not in a position to take advantage of the "cash for clunkers" program, this dealer was honest enough and explained all the components of that program and made suggestions for the future. the "cash for clunkers" program, this dealer was honest enough and explained all the components of that program and made suggestions for the future. He did not try to get us to drive all the way to the dealership (45 miles or so) to see or talk about something that we were not interested in...much appreciated. Service Department employees are always courteous,friendly, helpful, and honest,'right up front', with detailed explanations of required work provided both verbally and in writing. Dave Piper is and has always been an extremely helpful service manager. Service technicians have also been friendly and helpful when I ask for additional clarification. Friendly reminders, of periodic auto service needs are sent in writing, right on schedule. I have a '93 Camry and an '02 Highlander, and I always have both Toyotas serviced at Irwin Toyota. They also have a wonderful Owner Protection Program that credits money back toward future service work, and new Tires purchased at Irwin include free rotation with every other oil change! I recommnend Irwin Toyota to anyone considering purchasing a car, new or used, because my experience as both a buyer and a service dept. customer has been very positive.
