Kathy- Per my follow up letter as well as Kim's follow up e-mail we are very disappointed that things didn't work out and apologize for any inconvenience. In the letter I sent you I included the AutoCheck report that shows we ran an Autocheck Vehicle History Report when we bought the vehicle from a rental car company. However, unfortunately an accident was reported on the vehicle after this which we would have had no idea about. I certainly do apologize for the inconvenience but we were as transparent as we could be with the pictures of the vehicle as well as the video walk around that Kim sent to you. Finally, when your husband called me a week later making an offer on the vehicle I apologize that we weren't able to come to terms.
