Once again--Great friendly service---I left a note on the front seat for the Tech's explaining how I wanted the tires rotated, and they did it the way I wanted it done. I am very happy with Irwin Motors. I'm never happy with the cost of vehicle repairs but at least at Irwins I am given good explanations and the work that is done keeps my vehicle in goos shape. More

I bought my Toyota Highlander 4 years ago from the Irwin Zone and have had it serviced there ever since. They are reliable, pleasant and fast. I was in and out within 45 minutes last week for a 5000 mile Zone and have had it serviced there ever since. They are reliable, pleasant and fast. Recently I had 2 positive service experiences with Irwin Toyota. My wife's Camry was due for lube, oil & filter change. Not only a friendly greeting, but prompt service and she had enough service credits Toyota. My wife's Camry was due for lube, oil & filter change. Not only a friendly greeting, but prompt service and she had enough service credits to qualify for "no charge" service! A few weeks later my Highlander Hybrid was due for lube, oil & filter change as well. I asked for an appointment and received one the next day. I had the same pleasant greeting from the service folks and a quick turn around on completion. Another fine job by Irwin Motors! More
This was the best car buying experience I've had in 30+ years of buying cars! I ususally dread walking into a car dealer because I hate the hounding you get from the salespeople. I was given plenty of opportunity to be alone with my husband to talk about the car in private. Then when "wheeling and dealing", I never felt like they were tryig to give me a "snow job". Everything was open and up front. On top of that, the sales team there was one big happy family--they were so friendly and full of personality! We felt like best freinds by the time the day was over. As a matter of fact, they were so good that we went back the next day and bought a second car! You MUST try this place out! More

During the process for purchasing my car, everyone was friendly and helpful. I had also looked at Camrys at another dealership, and I was not treated as well, and the price was not as good. I have had my car in for service at Irwin for 3 regular services as well as for State Inspection . I have been very satisfied each time I have dealt with the service department. I would definitely recommend Irwin to anyone looking for a good experience with a Toyota dealer. More
My vehicle was dead in the morning when I went to start it. I called Irwin and asked if they could fit me in to replace the battery in my vehicle. They said they would fit me in as soon as I arrived, I w it. I called Irwin and asked if they could fit me in to replace the battery in my vehicle. They said they would fit me in as soon as I arrived, I waited maybe 15 minutes before they had my vehicle in the service area to do the work and then I waited approximately another 30 minutes for the job to be completed. Then I was on my way. The only way they could have improved upon my whole experience was if the battery and labor were FREE! They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service! Which they do, I would highly recommend this dealership for sales and service. More

At Irwin's I feel very comfortable as a customer. They greet you right away in the service department with very friendly and knowledgable personalities and make you feel at home. They have a nice waiting area with free coffee or water, plenty of reading material and even a tv should you wish to watch it. It makes the time pass more quickly. If there are any issues with your car that you haven't noticed, they send a representative out to talk with you so you can make an informed decision as to whether or not to take care of it then or later. They offer coupons for service as well as other perks, like free carwash coupons and reward cards for a percentage of the cost of your service. I saved a great deal of money the last time I went in for service, on top of the free carwash and a $10 Comp Card. I have also received Dunkin' Donuts cards at various times which have come in handy and were appreciated! They are a great dealership of "regular, down-to-earth people" who genuinely care! More
