I have sold cars before and was truly impressed with the cordiality, respect and professionalism shown to both my wife and I by the people we dealt with at Irwin Toyota, namely, Betty Ballantyne, Joe and Ra cordiality, respect and professionalism shown to both my wife and I by the people we dealt with at Irwin Toyota, namely, Betty Ballantyne, Joe and Ray who were vary patient as we drove several autos to determine which met our wants and needs. I really wish to mention that there are several Toyota dealers closer to our home but after calling to ask questions and either being rebuffed or not having messages answered that were left by me asking to have my call returned, I decided to reach out to Irwin Toyota in Laconia, a one hour drive away. I called and made an appointment with Betty Ballantyne. When we arrived, Betty met us with a smile and a firm handshake, and then assigned a salesman ( Joe ) to assist us in selecting a vehicle. We drove several, both new and used. This is where most people get the bum's rush. Salespeople become frustrated and want to "broom" the buyers off the lot, because they did not purchase the first car they saw. That did not happen at Irwin. It took time, as any large purchase should, and they gave of their time in a very cordial manner. We were very pleased with the salespeople, the management and yes, even the finance guy who came along and explained, in a very intelligent and caring manner, the absolute necessity of purchasing a contract to insure parts of our vehicle should they malfunction. This contract is erroneously referred to in the business as a "warranty". It is not, it is a parts and labor contract and is necessary due to the large amount of functioning computers that exist in autos today. Having been in the auto business as a salesman, I was aware of this but wanted to hear the "pitch". It was delivered honestly, as everything else was at Irwins. My husband and I used to deal with another local dealer and we were never satisfied with the service or customer service we received, so much so that we switched manufacturers. We purchased a Toyota thru a private sale, since it was our first toyota product we dealt with Irwins for the first time this year. Not only are we completely satisfied with the car itself (sequoia) we are also satisfied with the pricing and customer service we have received. If there happens to be a hiccup with the repair work the service team goes above and beyond to make it right!! We are so happy with our Irwins experience that we will use them from now for our sales and service needs!!! More

The service on October 1, 2009 was for lube, oil change, and filter change. Also a state inspection. The Irwin Zone has a very efficient and knowledgeable staff. When I arrived at the dealership I was met promptly and courteously. The service people at the desk now seem to know me. Sometimes it is difficult to find the paperwork for my car because it is regiseter courteously. The service people at the desk now seem to know me. Sometimes it is difficult to find the paperwork for my car because it is regisetered in the name of my trust, rather than my name. However, this time the person at the desk knew exactly where the paperwork was. There was a reasonable charge for a state inspection sticker. The person who sells tires explained to me that I would need tires before winter. He explained in detail my various options but I felt no pressure to buy them either at this visit or at a future visit. More

THEY ALSO SERVICE YOU FRIENDLY AND RELIABLE. WHEN YOUR CAR NEEDS SERVICE, THEY NORMALLY CAN ACCOMMODATE YOU WITH AN APPOINTMENT IN A VERY SHORT TIME. THEY ALSO SERVICE YOU WITH A CURRIER SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANY AMOUNT OF TIME FOR YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED. THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE. I LOVE MY PRIUS AND I WOULDN'T HAVE ANYBODY ELSE SERVICE MY CAR. MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY 10 MONTHS AGO AND NOW IS MY RESPONSIBILY TO TAKE CARE OF THE CAR. I DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS SO I TOTALLY DEPEND ON IRWIN TO TELL ME IF THERE IS ANYTHING THAT THE CAR NEEDS FIXING. THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK IRWIN, YOU ARE #1. More
