I was leaving town one morning and noticed that the engine light came on! I turned around and went directly to Irwin's and explained the problem. Awful experience.. Drove 4 hours down from Maine to look at an 08' Ford Edge, to find an 8" crack in the windshield, and would have to buy the car with no inspection sticker. But it drove fine, so reluctantly we purchased the car and were later reimbursed for the windshield. However, a few days later our attempt to inspect the car was declined by 2 different garages, the second one being a ford dealership. The problem was the break pads and rotors were worn out, and would cost approximately $400 to fix. When I relayed this information to the irwin zone I was disgusted by how I was treated, I was told all sales are final and I would not be reimbursed for the repair costs. Only by threatening legal action was I finally offered something. They said they would give me $300 towards the repair and not a cent more. Well I'm glad to see what a "valued customer" I really am.. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the personal service that Gene gave us when we visited Irwin's. We were replacing our 2005 Toyota Sienna van which had 178,000 miles on it. We returned to a Toyota brand on our own experience with such a reliable vehicle. We visited Irwin's, and Gene, on a recommendation from a frequent buyer at Irwin's. We had an all around great experience. Gene even came in on his day off to accommodate my husband's busy schedule. Would we buy from here again? Without a doubt! More
Typically, I detest the process of buying a vehicle. The normal sales pressure and constant sense of squirming for the lowest price and best advantage is something I find abhorrent. This was not the case for my most recent vehicle purchase. I was met on the lot while browsing trucks by Bob Travers who was anxious to answer any questions I had while not applying any pressure. He listened to my desires and did not try to sell me anything that was outside my "envelope". We didn't need to dicker on the price, it was not unlike buying a shirt or other commodity. I have also had very positive experiences with the service department, in particular Bob Abbott who has always been positive, helpful, and again listens to what I want and need for service on our other vehicle. Over all, I am ready to recommend Irwin's to anyone considering the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Russ Vaiden More

After having a tree fall on me while I was driving down the road, I had no problem trying to decide where to send my car. I have had another incounter with a dealership in the Bow N.H. area who claims to the road, I had no problem trying to decide where to send my car. I have had another incounter with a dealership in the Bow N.H. area who claims to have the best interest of the customer but in truth they only look out for themselves. I had a great experience buying my toyota at Irwin so it was without hesitiation to have the truck repair there. They did a wonderful job and it was refreshing to work with such a family atmosphere. Our family had been shopping for a "pre-owned" 8 passenger Toyota Sienna for a number of weeks. I had personally test driven at least four before going to Irwin Toyota in Laconia, both from deale 8 passenger Toyota Sienna for a number of weeks. I had personally test driven at least four before going to Irwin Toyota in Laconia, both from dealerships (large and small) and private party. Instead of slick salesmanship trying to cover flaws(from a small dealer) or inflated prices (from a large dealer); at Irwin Toyota I found an easy-going salesman (no hard sell) who gave a realistic appraisal of the vehicle. The vehicle was very competitively priced. We felt we got a good price for a vehicle in great condition that will last our family for a number of years. I mention honest appraisal because of the following. We called before test-driving to inquire why there were no pictures of the interior on Irwin's website. We were coming from 2 1/2 hours away and didn't want to make a trip for naught. Bud told us, "It is a vehicle with 67,000 miles on it. I wouldn't call the interior 'excellent', but it is better than 'fair'. I would describe the interior as in 'good condition'." Having seen a private party vehicle described much the same way (Boy, were we dissappointed when we test drove it), we still decided to check it out. The interior was in much better condition than we expected. The carpets in the back were great and a new pair of floor mats in front will basically take care of it, aside from one small scratch on the dash. Better yet, the mechanics of the vehicle all checked out to my husband's satisfaction. It drives like a dream. And we appreciated the Car-FAX information as well. Irwin Toyota even inputs into Car-FAX's database when they perform maintenance on a vehicle, not just when they sell one. All our impressions attest to the fact that Irwin Toyota is a quality dealership where good values can still be found. More
It was my first time getting service at Irwin and I couldn't have been happier. Everyone was professional and very friendly. They checked everything, found out that my registration was incorrect, said couldn't have been happier. Everyone was professional and very friendly. They also told me about 2 recalls, ordered the parts and will call when ready. Will definitely stay with Irwin. More

We had compared similar trucks online and nobody could beat Irwin's price. When my husband got out of work on Monday we got to Irwin's the truck my husband wanted was still there we made an offer and left that night truck preped and coated with ResistAll. Which was great for us since we live 45min away. The finance department explained told us exactly what our payments were going to be and what was covered. He even explained the extended coverage we could get and told us exactly how much more our monthly payments would be. We would definately recommend Irwin's to anyone looking for a car or truck. This is our second vehicle from Irwin's and we won't go anywhere else now! More
