I have been dealing with Irwin Lincoln for a number of years and every year it just seems to get better and better. This year I was introduced to a different salesman that I’ve had in the past. I can’t express anymore than this that my experience is always been a rewarding one. I drive over an hour to go to this dealership because I feel that I’m always treated properly.. Sue was very positive, attentive and proactive with getting me information before I even asked for it. I didn't have a car and they sent someone to pick me up - I live 30 minutes away. My son was helping me with the car and spoke with everyone at Irwin as well to make sure I got the best deal. Everyone was great. All I had to do was go in and sign the paperwork. Jason made sure that the car was detailed before I drove off the lot. They were positive. They weren't pushy. I was dealing with Pinebelt and other dealers and this was by far the best experience. I was without a car for 5 months and in no rush to get a car. I absolutely love my car. I would definitely go back and recommend. More
