We bought a used 2013 dodge grand caravan on February 7th 2023 and have had nothing but problems since day one. We have already put $1300 into it and it still has major problems. We haven't even had it 3 mon 2023 and have had nothing but problems since day one. We have already put $1300 into it and it still has major problems. We haven't even had it 3 months yet. We are not even sure the vehicle is safe to drive. It needs more work we can't afford and we have 5 years to pay on a vehicle we can not drive. This dealer ship only cares about the money not the customers. We went with them because of the reviews. They appear to have good reviews and now I know why. They delete the bad reviews. They delete mine so no one will see them. Please do not do what we did they don't care about their customers. Maybe if they were willing to repair the vehicle no charge then maybe they would get a good review but people deserve to know the truth. They will delete my post because they have already done it but I will keep posting until they fix our van no charge. It seems if you sell someone a lemon and neither party realizes it they would do the right thing. Not Irwin. More

If you want to pay 30k for a 25k vehicle, look no further. I inquired about an Elantra hev and was told they are charging a 20% premium over msrp. Why? Because we can. I purchased my 2023 Hyundai Elantra SEL online bcos I’m out of state resident and wanted to save sometime, I worked with Joe from the Irwin Hyundai dealership and he was always available to answer all my q out of state resident and wanted to save sometime, I worked with Joe from the Irwin Hyundai dealership and he was always available to answer all my questions and send pictures of the car since I couldn’t go all the way to NH to test drive. I got a loan approval from my bank and the dealership was very cooperative in getting all the paperwork done online. They even arranged for one of their stuff to pick me up from the concord bus station to their dealership in Laconia to sign the final paperwork (since those require physical presence), I checked out the vehicle first bfr finishing the rest of the paperwork and hanging over my check for the vehicle purchase. Very nice people and I do recommend if you’re looking for hustle free dealership. More
