Service manager Corey said we were told it needed a battery. Nope never told that..justbket is drive it home with barely enough voltage and shocker we didn't make it home. They could care less excuses excuses excuses. Avoid at all costs. More
Got an alternator installed on my Palisade under warranty. Showed up to pick up the car when it was done and battery was dead. No biggie they jumped it and I drove away thinking it would charge. Emailed owner Chris who had little to say. Corey the service manager wrote me an aweful email and lied saying I declined a new battery although I was never told I needed a battery too. Never quoted me one. Also forgot to plug in a wiring harness before I left. So tired of bad business! Avoid them please. More

We live outside the area and come up to Irwin for our car purchases. We've been loyal customers for over the past 12 years. We've been fortunate to have the best sales representatives to deal with. With our past two purchases we dealt with Tom Whitney who was really attentive to our needs. We appreciate his follow up and follow through. The pick up day was handled effectively and ran on time. They valued our time which we appreciated. We would recommend working with Tom he won't disappoint he goes the extra mile. We bought a used 2013 dodge grand caravan on February 7th 2023 and have had nothing but problems since day one. We have already put $1300 into it and it still has major problems. We are not even sure the vehicle is safe to drive. It needs more work we can't afford and we have 5 years to pay on a vehicle we can not drive. This dealer ship only cares about the money not the customers. We went with them because of the reviews. They appear to have good reviews and now I know why. They delete the bad reviews. They delete mine so no one will see them. Please do not do what we did they don't care about their customers. Maybe if they were willing to repair the vehicle no charge then maybe they would get a good review but people deserve to know the truth. They will delete my post because they have already done it but I will keep posting until they fix our van no charge. It seems if you sell someone a lemon and neither party realizes it they would do the right thing. Not Irwin. More
