This morning, for a scheduled service appointment on our 2007 Lincoln MKZ, was a very pleasant experience, as usual, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and willing to help. Since the improved waiting a 2007 Lincoln MKZ, was a very pleasant experience, as usual, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and willing to help. Since the improved waiting area is clean, bright, coffee and a great TV to boot, it isn't a chore anymore to sit there and wait. My car was taken in ASAP, I was called in what seemed like a half hour or so, probably was a little longer though and I proceded to the cashier and happily discovered I owed nothing for service based on my Owner Advantage points. At my last appt, I was not happy that there was no paper floormat used during service and this time there was!! I do appreciate that very much. I love my car and treat it well, so everyone else should too. More
