Regular Scheduled Service I always bring my truck to Irwin because their service crew is the best. I've known Bob Abbott for over 5 years and he is great. He always has a smile for the customer and he really knows his stuff. I have also been helped by Gary and others over the years. The entire crew is awesome, and I never doubt the quality of the actual service either. Their mechanics and technicians are among the best. My only wish is that they could service my Harley too! More
Repair and Servicing of Jaguar Leaving our FL home and about 200 miles into the trip, the "Engine Light" came on. We came onto to Laconia anyway. Car is 2003 Jaguar X-Type. Irwin AG Service Advisor Gary Stohl, listened, took my info and we set up the appointment for the repair. All was as said by Gary - service, cost, repair time. All Great. As the Jag was later due for 100k Service, I took it IAG QuickLane, and Chris Weaver took the most excellent care of our 'Kitty' Car. GREAT SERVICE, BEST PRICE and all most friendly of people all around. THANKS Chris. We are fortunate to have Irwin in Laconia. Over the past 5 years Irwin also did the best of service and taking care of our two other vehicles - a 2004 Prius and a 2012 Prius. The BEST. More
Service My husband, daughter and I were on vacation in New Hampshire when we had engine problems. We were fortunately towed to Irwin Motor group and into the good hands of Gary Stohl in service. It took 3 1/2 weeks to ultimately have the engine replaced. Gary stayed in touch with us every step of the way. He returned phone calls and was remarkably patient as our frustrations increased. Most delays were caused by our extended warranty insurance company but Gary was on the phone to them and I truly felt he fought for the replace the engine that he and the machanic felt we needed even when the insurance company didn't. Gary was very kind, considerate, polite and above all patient. I would recommend this dealer and particularly Gary. I wish they were closer (we live in Tennessee) so we could regularly do business with them. More

I use this well run facility for all of my basic car needs. Recently, I had both my wife's and my car serviced. I experienced on time appointments, polite employees, comfortable waiting area, and quality technician supported servicing. Chris Weaver made sure that everything was completed on time and as needed. Finally, he carefully provided a review of the comprehensive technician checkup report highlighting the automobile's state of condition. I'll go nowhere else. Check out Quick Lane More

Absolutely Fantastic Courteous Service Brought my 2005 Taurus (wouldn't shift out of 1st) in on the 22nd. Had two days to get out of our rented cottage in Holderness and back to Mass. Reoccurring service problems I am never one to write a bad review and never though I would about Irwin Automotive Group I bought my car there and it was a pleasant experience. My new car I have brought to Irwin's for service one for a tire rotation and one for an inspection, I will never go there again. I would travel the extra distance to get my service done seeing as it pertains to my safety. I had my inspection recently, Previous to my inspection I had notice a knocking noise coming from the front of the car when the front wheels went over pot holes.. I was a assured by service that the wheels were taken off and they looked at brakes and suspension pieces as a part of a "safety" inspection and it was even written in the report that I received of all measurements and things that were done to the vehicle. Not so safe taking your car to Irwin's it appears. I have noticed a shake in the steering wheel while driving and the persistent knocking even after the safety inspection. I brought my car to a different dealership and told them it was shaking and knocking and thought it maybe needed an alignment. I was called at work a couple hours later at work and was told I was very lucky I brought my car in when I did because my wheels were not torqued properly, and It could have been bad if it wasn't corrected. At this point I was having flash backs to a previous experience I had in my mothers car, after bringing the car to Irwin's,we was flagged down by a cop driving down the road, he told us that he could see by driving behind us that our rear wheels wear shaking and were not secured properly and it was unsafe. Brought the vehicle back to Irwins and they acted like no big deal, that shouldn't have been the first clue to not go to this dealer's service anymore. Two occurrences to the same person where Irwin Service doesn't know how to torque wheels onto a car correctly. Not only for ride comfort, but for safety at the very least not damaging rims and at worst the wheel actually breaking off the vehicle. I was assured by service at another Toyota dealership that this was not something that could happen by my driving (i live on a dirt road with lots of large pot holes) He said that it couldn't happen to this degree from driving, and I am lucky. I'm glad something was watching over me even if it wasn't the dealer my family and I have brining our cars to for almost 15 years. Very disappointed and will not be going back. If they can't do something as torque wheels properly I would be afraid to know what else could go wrong in a car serviced there. Irwin has lost my family and I as service customers, on the other hand I would return to sales at Irwins. More
exellent customer service I bought my 2011 Lincoln MKS @ Irwin motors in 2012, I have had my car serviced there for the oil changes and I have to say my few experiences w/ th I bought my 2011 Lincoln MKS @ Irwin motors in 2012, I have had my car serviced there for the oil changes and I have to say my few experiences w/ the service department were disappointing , the service manager wayne had a miserable disposition and that seem to be the norm there! I was having some problems w/ my car so called for an appointment and spoke to Gary Stohl , Gary was great he made sure that my car repairs were covered under the warrenty even though they said that only a few thing would be covered Gary got them to cover it all, so no out of pocket cost to me. my experience w/Gary is he gos above and beyond for his customers and demonstrates outstanding customer service! The service department could learn a lot from this young man! More
