They finished in a timely manner and made sure that I understood ALL of my options. There was never any pressure and I was made to feel like WE solved the problems. I have switched both of my cars to Irwin's and will continue to do business with them in the future. More

Sure enough, not one but both rear bearings had failed. Bob, the service rep, kept me informed and during the visit I also got the latest oil change and four new fires, something I expected at this time.
