I’d like to start off with the test drive on an 18 F150. I was in the market for a truck and noticed the transfer case was making a weird noise when shifting and the guy is sales I was dealing with didn’t b I was in the market for a truck and noticed the transfer case was making a weird noise when shifting and the guy is sales I was dealing with didn’t believe me until I actually brought him for a ride in it. I was told the truck hadn’t been through service which you’d think they would have before letting a random couple take it for a spin alone. After that we were talking about trading my vehicle in (2017 Ford Focus ST3 carbon fiber package) with very low miles. I got a very low offer and so the sales manager then came to speak with me and telling me they would have trouble selling my vehicle due to the market? Meanwhile it is the Hottest Ford hatch on the market, discontinued and the top of the line model as well. I decided to try another Ford dealership and they actually gave me 3k more for my vehicle and weren’t letting me leave unhappy. They knew what my car was work and how fast it would sell! Irwin Ford in Laconia needs some better sales associates that know how this used car market is right now and what cars will sell and what won’t. I will NEVER go to any Irwin again! More

I dealt with bill salta in the quick lane. I told him I was looking for 4 continental pure contact tires for my 2014 Volkswagen Passat he said he would get a price for me and call me back. He called me back within 10 minutes gave me a great price and scheduled me promptly for the tire installation and 4 wheel alignment. I dropped the car off the night before and he had it all done by around 930 am the next day. Very happy with his follow through he was very pleasant he even filled out the rebate form for me. Brought my 2015 Ford Focus into the shop Thursday afternoon to have the TCM replaced by warranty. My car was scheduled for service this coming Monday.
