Service at Irwins is top notch and everyone from Ron O'Connor on down is diligent and makes sure their customers are taken care of promptly and correctly. Go Irwinzone!! More
Can't remember the sales person I dealt with at Irwin but it was a good experience. I had previously purchased a truck at a...well, sales intense dealership off I-93. So they were the first to go to when I sought a trade in. Barely made it out alive. Talk about over-the-top, aggressive sales. They just wouldn't take "no" for an answer (I never buy on the first visit). Anyway, the next Ford dealership was Irwin's in Laconia. The salesman was new so he hadn't been influenced by the all-too-often aggressive nature of car sales. And his knowledge of the Ford I was interested in was minimal (I was telling him about the car by the end of my first visit). Anyway, he was pleasant. Didn't ask about the Toyotas/Scions as I only buy domestic. In the end, I got a good deal and some extras on the vehicle (bug guard, etc.) Overall, good experience. Oh, and their wait area has wi-fi so I can plug in my laptop and work while waiting for my oil change. More
Irwin's does a great job in sales and service. The only problem I have had so far is it seemed to take a little longer than it normally takes. I had 20,000 mile service and tires rotated and balanced. I had an appointment and I thought it should take about 1 hour but it was approximately 1 1/2 hours. I think they were running a little behind schedule. As their time is valuable, mine is as well so just a little dissapointed. It won't stop me from going there again. More
Customer Service: Everyone at the Irwin Zone went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed; Erik Faro spent extra time helping me choose the perfect car. Quality of Work: There were no issues with any of the paperwork. Even the wash job done on my Focus was great! Friendliness: I was greeted with a smile by everyone who walked by, and almost always by my first name. Everyone joked around with eachother and seemed to enjoy their work, which you don't see too much nowadays. Whenever I walk in their building, for whatever reason, they know me and make me feel welcome. Overall Experience: Whether it be the sales department or service department everyone was wonderful. The new building is nice and their car lots are clean. Price: My payments to lease an '08 Focus were under $200 which is where I needed to be. It is a great price, and this was before they started having all the sales and rebates! More
I found that Gene Meier was an appropriate salesman. What I mean by that is that he wasn't pushy and wanted us to get exactly what we wanted. He was helpful and all around personable guy. Dealing with Ed Kelley in service has also been a great experience. He is knowledeable and very helpful. Scheduling service when it is convenient for me is a piece of cake. Thanks so much! More
