This summer has been an extremely difficult time for me with my husband in the hospital and my need to be home. My Edge was overdue for a 10,000 mile checkup and I could not figure out how to make the 45 with my husband in the hospital and my need to be home. Michael Wood at Irwins offered to pick up my car and tend to everything. He not only did all that, but returned the car shiny clean minus the mouse nest in the air filter and refused any compensation for himself. It's difficult to express how much his kindness and the wonderful staff at Irwin Motors affected my life. Thanks to a special group at Irwin Motors who cared, my Ford Edge has been taken care of and I know where to go for any future service. More
I purchased a used Ford Escape. Within the 1st day I noticed a rattle that they said was nothing. Then my ABS light and 4x4 light when on. I figured out the rattle it was the whole front bumper that was noticed a rattle that they said was nothing. Then my ABS light and 4x4 light when on. I figured out the rattle it was the whole front bumper that was broken and the steering links were bad. I brought it back and complained they fixed the ABS and 4x4. However told me they wouldn't fix the bumper and wanted me to praise them for fixing the links. I said don't you put these used cars in your shop? To which Betty Bellantyne replied, we opt NOT to fix certain things on cars that is how we have the best price around. I said I came here to buy a safe used vechile. I had no idea that you pick and choose repairs. Betty said that is how we keep our prices low! I will NOT be going back! More
I have enjoyed working with Dave Piper in service for as long as I have had my Town Car. They're awesome, from the first phone call to picking up my automobile!!! The Lakes Region is very lucky to have such a great dealership available to us. My husband and I have found Mercury vehicles the best we've ever owned. When my much-loved 2002 Sable needed to be replaced, I visited a couple of local dealerships and searched for vehicles on the inte we've ever owned. When my much-loved 2002 Sable needed to be replaced, I visited a couple of local dealerships and searched for vehicles on the internet. Irwin had the car I wanted (a used Milan) at the best price. The salesmen are friendly, very helpful without being pushy, and accommodating about the financial aspect of the sale. Although we live c.130 miles from this dealer's location in Laconia, NH, the drive through the rain and snow was well worth it. I would highly recommend this dealer. More

My mom and I were in search of a new vehicle and wanted to trade our 2006 Lincoln LS. I first spoke with Micheal on the phone and made an appointment that week to see him. He greeted my mom and I with a warm welcome and assured us he would find something that would work in our budget and that we would be happy. After trying out a few test drive vehicles, we left to think about some options with a follow up appointment the following week. Micheal again greeted us with a warm welcome and an assured smile of confidence. We drove away that day in our new 2010 leased Lincoln MKZ. Micheal not only sold us this vehicle he followed up with any concerns we had and continues to check to see if we are still satisfied. Two months later let me assure you we are still satified and will send anyone his way who is looking for a new vehicle and will no doubt in my mind go back to Irwin Motors when we are ready to trade again. I would rate the service I have received at Irwin Ford as at least comparable to the service received at the other dealerships where I have purchased numerous cars in the past.
