This was my first brand new car purchase in over 30 years! I had done some research on the new Ford Escape and went to Irwin Motors to check them out. I believe it was his first week 'on the floor'. Michael was very polite, well dressed and knowledgeable. Over the next few weeks, I came in, along with my dog, Micah, and finally made a decision on what style and options I wanted. Since I was trading-in my 2005 Toyota, we spent a good amount of time until we agreed on a final price. In fact, it was Chris Branch, the Floor Manager, who jokingly wanted to include Micah as part of the trade! All in all, it was a pleasant experience. By the way, the Ford Escape is great! More
