When you buy a new or used car the first thing you consider is the service department and it's manager! Without great service and a wonderful manager you should go elsewhere! A good example of this is my daughter: she drove 4.5 hours to the Kia garage to have a timing belt replaced which was suggested to her by them!! she got to garage and the manager said ooops!! your car has no timing belt!! My husband considered buying a new Kia but because of the poor service and manager he choose not to. Bob Abbott is the example of great service. He is dependable, honest, polite, patient- all that is perfect in a manager! If he ever decided to move to another garage we most likely will go with him!
