A friend of mine had taken her Hyundai in for service on 1/30/2014 and called me about a used Focus that Irwin had for sale. I have been looking for a vehicle for a few months now and every time I found one 1/30/2014 and called me about a used Focus that Irwin had for sale. I have been looking for a vehicle for a few months now and every time I found one in my price range it had already been sold. This particular Focus had been sold but the deal fell through. Irwin allowed my friend to drive the Focus as a loaner while her car was being serviced so she could bring it to me to look at. I initially was hesitant as the last time I had been to Irwin looking at used cars the salesman acted as if I was bothering him so I left vowing not to return. I did agree to go to the dealer with my friend and after speaking with Frank Cacciatore I felt better about making the purchase. He was easy to deal with and understood my position. Even though he was unable to come down on the price he did give me a years worth of oil changes and roadside assistance. So far so good, the vehicle is sound and runs great. I appreciate the fact that I was treated with respect and genuine kindness. I will now recommend Irwins to anyone who is in need of a vehicle New or Used. Thank You Frank !
