Just moving here from Arizona, I needed a reliable used car for my transportation. My Mom dropped me off in the used car lot and she proceeded to park. As I started to walk in, this amazingly friendly gentleman greeted me with enthusiasm and a smile at the door. His professionalism and excitement to help me led to a hand shake and his name. As he listened attentively I told him my situation, he expressed sincere care. Within thirty minutes I drove out of the used car lot with a vehicle that I am extremely happy with. I was met by Howard Cullen in the sales lot who greeted me with great respect & immediately made me feel at ease. He asked me what type of vehicle I was interested in & I pointed out an MKZ that was in the lot. He immediately invited me into the showroow & sat me down in his office and began his computer skills to provide me all the necessary info regarding the vehicle. He provided with all the options and a price before asking me if I had a vehicle to trade. He also mentioned a second MKZ with comparable options to the one in the lot. He immediately offered to let me take a test drive. After taking the MKZ for a drive, I knew this was the vehicle for me. He said to me, you can go home an sleep on it before making a decision. Returning the next day we worked out the details and agreed to a price. In all the years of buying an automobile this is without a doubt the best dealership and the best salesperson ever dealt with.
