Worst customer service ever!!!! I purchased a used BMW from them back in February. Car immediately needed several repairs. They put in new (actually refurbished but they told me it I purchased a used BMW from them back in February. Car immediately needed several repairs. They put in new (actually refurbished but they told me it was new) starter which was cheap and faulty and charged me over $500. I don't think they should have charged me anything. This car has cost me over $3000 in repairs and has left my teenage son stranded when it would not start over 7 times. Spoke with sales manager and he assured me they would take the car back and exchange for another vehicle. After another one and a half hour drive they offered me less than half of what I paid less than a year ago and less than the repairs I paid on the car. They also told me I needed to purchase a much more expensive car to be able to help me out in price break. Well, they were actually trying to give me a worse deal than the internet price. To top it all off, they gave me a quote with my husband's ex-wife's name and personal information printed at the top of the page!!!! Not quite sure what they did with the copy of my driver's license when they took it from me to test drive their filthy, more expensive car. Way to go Irwin!!! If it were a hospital setting I would sue them for HIPPA!!! They also give you pennies for trade ins, claiming they would never make much money on your trade, then list your used car on their website for many, many thousand more dollars claiming they have to pay to fix and inspect trade-ins. Now I know for a fact that do not repair or even inspect their traded cars. They are filthy and obviously need several repairs. Used sales car manager is miserable and does not want to help. They are crooks and do not care about their customers. I would not recommend this deanship to my worst enemy!!!! More

I went to purchase a Toyota Tacoma, I knew exactly what I wanted. I asked for cruise control and air conditioning and was told by my salesman that "no problem, they are standard." I showed my salesman a quote from AARP buying guide and was told, that doesn't apply to the truck I am purchasing, wrong MSRP. I went to his desk, we talked numbers, he said he would find a truck. Five days later he calls and said he found the truck. We discussed a bed cover, he said he would take care of it. The next day I called twice, left messages, when I came down to pick up my truck two days later, he denied getting my phone calls, and then recanted and then said "oh well." I had to ask to see my truck, I didn't even get offered to test drive. I walked out on Josh because he was telling me what my salesman told me was not correct. It was the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I wouldn't recommend Irwin to my worst enemy. More

exellent customer service I bought my 2011 Lincoln MKS @ Irwin motors in 2012, I have had my car serviced there for the oil changes and I have to say my few experiences w/ th I bought my 2011 Lincoln MKS @ Irwin motors in 2012, I have had my car serviced there for the oil changes and I have to say my few experiences w/ the service department were disappointing , the service manager wayne had a miserable disposition and that seem to be the norm there! I was having some problems w/ my car so called for an appointment and spoke to Gary Stohl , Gary was great he made sure that my car repairs were covered under the warrenty even though they said that only a few thing would be covered Gary got them to cover it all, so no out of pocket cost to me. my experience w/Gary is he gos above and beyond for his customers and demonstrates outstanding customer service! The service department could learn a lot from this young man! More

Very Good Experience My dad and I were in the market to trade in my 2006 Ford Focus which had over 108,000 miles on it. We drove into Irwin's which was our first stop, an My dad and I were in the market to trade in my 2006 Ford Focus which had over 108,000 miles on it. We drove into Irwin's which was our first stop, and walked around the lot where the Focuses and Fiestas were. We walked around and looked at both sets of vehicles, and then we went in to showroom and found Jon Beaudette, one of the salesman. Jon helped us find the right vehicle that was in our price range. We took test drive and that was it. Jon explained everything that I needed to know about the 2014 Ford Fiesta that I needed to know. We purchased the Fiesta that day for a good deal and a good experience. More
