Reoccurring service problems I am never one to write a bad review and never though I would about Irwin Automotive Group I bought my car there and it was a pleasant experience. My new car I have brought to Irwin's for service one for a tire rotation and one for an inspection, I will never go there again. I would travel the extra distance to get my service done seeing as it pertains to my safety. I had my inspection recently, Previous to my inspection I had notice a knocking noise coming from the front of the car when the front wheels went over pot holes.. I was a assured by service that the wheels were taken off and they looked at brakes and suspension pieces as a part of a "safety" inspection and it was even written in the report that I received of all measurements and things that were done to the vehicle. Not so safe taking your car to Irwin's it appears. I have noticed a shake in the steering wheel while driving and the persistent knocking even after the safety inspection. I brought my car to a different dealership and told them it was shaking and knocking and thought it maybe needed an alignment. I was called at work a couple hours later at work and was told I was very lucky I brought my car in when I did because my wheels were not torqued properly, and It could have been bad if it wasn't corrected. At this point I was having flash backs to a previous experience I had in my mothers car, after bringing the car to Irwin's,we was flagged down by a cop driving down the road, he told us that he could see by driving behind us that our rear wheels wear shaking and were not secured properly and it was unsafe. Brought the vehicle back to Irwins and they acted like no big deal, that shouldn't have been the first clue to not go to this dealer's service anymore. Two occurrences to the same person where Irwin Service doesn't know how to torque wheels onto a car correctly. Not only for ride comfort, but for safety at the very least not damaging rims and at worst the wheel actually breaking off the vehicle. I was assured by service at another Toyota dealership that this was not something that could happen by my driving (i live on a dirt road with lots of large pot holes) He said that it couldn't happen to this degree from driving, and I am lucky. I'm glad something was watching over me even if it wasn't the dealer my family and I have brining our cars to for almost 15 years. Very disappointed and will not be going back. If they can't do something as torque wheels properly I would be afraid to know what else could go wrong in a car serviced there. Irwin has lost my family and I as service customers, on the other hand I would return to sales at Irwins. More

My husband was looking for a Ford F150 and that is what the vehicle was. We took it out for a test drive and my husband liked it. We left a deposit and arranged to have financing done. Between Scott and Josh Glazier they were able to get us financing even though we didn't have the best of credit and Josh was able to get the monthly payment under the amount we had limited ourselves to. More

I was able to test drive several different cars and decided that I liked the new Ford Escape the best. Irwin gave me an excellent trade in value and showed me several different options to purchase the new Escape. Financing was very easy. I was able to drive my new Escape home the same day! I would highly recommend Irwin Ford to all my friends and family. More
Trying to spend over 60000 not small potatoes Let's start by I wasn't greeted by the sales person I was working with. Had a manager try to find someone for me. After spending over an hour looking at the options he had my trade looked at which is less than a year old. We left expecting a call to get the negotiations started and the told me my trade was 17000 less that any trade reference out there. I informed the salesman that they must have booked the wrong model. He said he would call me back. Guess what no return call. I can't believe a dealership would try to take advantage especially when spending the amount that we are. I will never recommend nor talk with those folks again. More

Looked at booklets about trucks spent 20 minutes and never had a salesman come over. Even the top guy that approves deals was just talking to a couple sales people about his family problems. I guess his problems were more important then a customer. More

New 2014 Edge Owner Spoke with David DeGrace about the specific vehicle that I wanted. He worked quite hard to find the exact car that we spoke of.
